Where is my certificate?

From the Application to the Certificate Flowchart:

Follow the route an application must take before you receive your certificate.

All of the following must be in place before a certificate is emailed:

• An application form
• An approval form
• An attendance register
• An invoice
• Payment

The CPD Credit Application spreadsheet is a document that will enable you to determine where in the administration process a course is. This spreadsheet should be read after you have looked at the flowchart.

The process is colour-coded as follows:

Grey – Completed (All certificates emailed)

Red – What is needed for the process to continue, thus where the process is at the moment.
